Constantly water and harvest the colon tree, then use the sap it produces. This sap will cause all your trees to fill with fruit. If your trees are a high enough level, their fruit will most likely be Excellent quality. If so, they can be immediately harvested with the shears. Repeat the process as many times as needed.

This requires a bit of grinding because the later quests do not require mincemeat and it will not really be needed by that point. The best method to get a large amount of unripe fruit is to constantly water and harvest the stomach tree until it produces sap. Use that sap to have all trees get unripe fruit. Then, use your shears to harvest all of it. Use your broom to collect all the meat. Your meat grinder will gain lots of experience fast. Having thirty birds will also help. Collect the meat regularly or the meat grinder will stop producing more.

Earn all the in-game achievements to view the true ending. Completing each in-game achievement uncovers a piece of the picture on the "Achievements" tab in the game. Once all of those achievements are completed, select the tab to view the completed picture and watch the ending. Some of the in-game achievements such as the ones for talking to and making friends with the plants towards the very end of the game, using the devices purchased from the catalog after completing the Merchant's story-line are not explained well. To complete them, continue watering and harvesting from plants. Your plants and animals should all be at maximum level, making harvesting very quick. The "greenhouse report" in-game achievements will require delivering increasing amounts of any type of fruit. These will gradually increase in amount to reach very large figures. Try completing the other in-game achievements for harvesting hundreds of Excellent fruits first in order to avoid accidentally losing them when completing a greenhouse report. Unlike other in-game achievements, they will not become available after finishing the preceding achievement; they will become available after a certain amount of time has passed. You can still prepare for them by harvesting fruits.

Follow the indicated steps to earn the corresponding Steam achievement. To view your achievement progress and stats, open the Steam client, select "Community", then search for the game hub for "Forget Me NotMy Organic Garden (PC)". Click the "View Stats" option in the drop down list, then select the option that displays the achievements for your account.
