This might not be news for many people who played HoF before. But if you press ALT+F4 right after a bad bet or defeat, the game will immediately close and you basically rewind the game to the point right before taking that bet or combat. The only catch is that you must press ALT+F4 really quick. This is especially important for the case where you get defeated in a combat. If you don't ALT+F4 before that "defeated" screen fully appears, the game will save your progress and you cannot rewind anymore. This is useful for many challenges that require luck. Instead of doing it all over, you can simply rewind, pick a new card, and win. Or, in the boss combat, you are generally disadvantaged. So, you need a few tries to get it right. Good luck beating the game.

Cure for Corruption	Defeated 50 Corrupted in combat.
Cursed Soul	Possessed 7 Curses at once.
Devil Dice	Rolled three 6s during a Dice gambit.
Dice Master	Won 5 Dice Gambits in a single challenge attempt.
Draknar's Bane	Defeated Draknar the Mighty.
Dungeon Master	Unlocked 22 Gold challenge tokens.
Empire's Bane	Defeated 50 Imperials in combat.
Final Death	Defeated Theophilus.
Flurry of Fury	Killed multiple enemies with a single Weapon Ability from a pair of Light weapons.
Focused	Killed 5 or more enemies with a single artefact attack.
Gambler	Won 20 Dice Gambits.
Gamester	Won all 3 games against Thomas in a single encounter attempt.
Grifter	Got Huge Success in 10 Wheel Gambits.
Hero	Unlocked The Hero companion card.
Jack of all Trades	Got Success or Huge Success in a Chance, Pendulum and Wheel Gambit in a single challenge attempt.
Karma	Killed an Assassin with the Reaper's Arrow.
Knight	Unlocked 7 Gold challenge tokens.
Leap of Faith	Knocked 20 enemies off of ledges during combat.
Long Shot	Got Huge Success in 10 Pendulum Gambits.
Magician	Unlocked The Magician companion card.
Master of Arms	Completed a combat in under 15 seconds.
Mercenary	Completed 5 challenges.
