Use about eight "clean sweep" tokens on a screen, then click on everything quickly. If done correctly, the speed bonuses will give you a few thousand on each level. Repeat this, and buy more "clean sweep" tokens as needed. Eventually you will have so much money that you can buy a lots "magic pen" tokens and clear the levels easily.
