You can do this in the third chapter "The terrace of forked tongues" in the "Maze of stones" book (the blue book). Simply pick up the spear and kill two snakes closest to you with guns. Then walk back to the orange lift platform and use the spear to kill the last snake. The achievement should pop up but to complete the level you have to restart it.
