1. Start a new game.
2. Pay back the credit of the boss.
3. Go to room service.
4. Rent a studio.
5. Give back the studio.
6. Repeat 4.-5.

Result: The minus on your account will turn into a plus.

Do not pay off the $200,000 credit to your boss. When your money is in the negative, go to your boss and pay off all of the credit. The money goes back to $0. If you have luck, ask your boss after paying it off for a $200,000 or less than $100,000.
