Successfully complete the game with a majority of good moral choices to view the "Redemption" ending. A flash of light will confirm when a good moral choice is made. If you do not make enough good moral choices at the end of the game you will instead view the "Cest La Vie" ending.

There are total of three big Rooms, two little Rooms, a Floor and a Tunnel to clear. In the big three Rooms you have Alarmtriggers that be actived by the Enemies to call reinforcements. In the first big Room is one Trigger, in the second big Room is one again and in the last big Room are two Triggers. The Enemies trigger the Alarms automatically but make sure you hear the Alarm when you fight in this three Rooms!. Before you go to the next Area make sure you have kill all Enemies. Look in every dark Corner, behind every Crate etc. Sometimes a Enemie spawns when you kill all others in this Area.

You can die and restart inbetween the kills, I did this by accident while going for ten in a row in the second part of the REVOLUTION chapter. Just enter the area and start chugging the knives repeat until the achievement pops up. Barely even human's method is good enough but I found another one on the internet. Simply load Developer Level which is located in Chapter Menu in the new mission tab( press Q). Go to shooting range and arena door > Shooting range. Near the controls on the right there is a box which you can find knifes in. Press the button on "Undead (10m)" and start throwing knifes. Some of the enemies die with two knifes, that's not a problem when you run out of knifes simply go to refill. Proceed until you get the achievement.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the achievement.

Ever Vigilant	Disarm 10 Traps.
Forest Guardian	Save the Bear from the Watchmen after the fight.
Freedom!	Free the Prisoners.
Hail Reich!	Complete the HEAVY SQUAD level.
Heads Up!	Complete the PAVEL level.
Invisible Intruder	Complete the SEPARATION level without killing or raising alarm.
Invisible Savior	Complete the FACILITY level without killing or raising alarm.
Invisible Soldier	Complete the REVOLUTION level without killing and raising an alarm.
Kshatriya	Complete the KSHATRIYA level.
Master Thief	Open 10 locked safe boxes.
Mouse	Complete the ECHOES level undetected by the Watchmen.
No shooting allowed	Kill 10 enemies in a row with Throwing Knives.
