Get to the section where the announcer is saying "Mine M4 will be sealed in five minutes" after the part where you crossed the bridge (which you can destroy) that had the assault vehicle and soldiers. While you are taking the elevator up, fire a rocket at the top of the elevator shaft. As long as you cannpt see the top of the shaft, the rocket will come flying back down at you.
