Save the game before pulling the first lever. If the process fails, retry. You must do the following without making any mistakes.
Pull the lever at the Florida Sign.
Walk one screen left from Florida and pull the lever.
Walk three screens to the right and pull the lever (Alems).
Walk one screen to the left and pull the lever (Leandro).

At the 53rd House, talk to the guard. He will be hungry. Use the Syringe with the Sedative, inject it into the Alfajor, and give it to him.
