cheat commerce <1-7> - Change commerce level for nation
cheat science <1-7> - Change science level for nation
cheat sandbox - Control all players on map
cheat keys on - Enable cheat keys
cheat reveal - Full map
cheat finish - Instant construction
cheat die - Kill selected unit
cheat nuke - Nuke pointer location
cheat safe - Spawn 10 submachine gunners
cheat bird - Spawn a bird
