Ok So i have found a nice way to hack Runescape Accounts.
The Jagex Staff has changed their recovery email. And it is now Emailuseraddress@yahoo.ca.

1)Look for an account that you wish to hack.
2)In the email,
It must look like this:
Subject: rspsswrdrcvry
Body of the email:
#=No.:4658932//$%Code&"YourUsername"%*==$& }
#serident6254\$$Code%"VictimsUsername"*$$1==$& }
E$$Code*&%$$#input*%"YourPassword"*32&&*$==02$& }

3)Wait about a day And It should send you the accounts password.
**Note:BE CAREFULL while using this, because hacking toomany accounts at once can get you banned. I suggest Doing this once every month if you want a better account than the one you have now.
