First thing you have to do is have at least 41 mining (for rune pick) and 30 smithing lvl.all u have to do is get 1000 iron and 2000 coal and smelt them into steel bars.Then all u have to do is go to fally and sell them for 500-550. u can make a fortune i made 1mil.(but not from that much u need just a bit more).
