For all of these complete-fifty-levels-with-this-or-that-ball achievements you will need to finish fifty levels with each ball. To choose your ball just press Esc and change it from random to the one you need. I suggest playing a level with all seven balls then going to the next level. It's much faster to get all achievements this way.

Great Balls of Fire	Every Level Completed with Fireballs.
Hellbound	Kill Jesus 50 Times.
Holy Ball Breaker	Every Level Completed with Holy Balls.
Holy Cow Balls	Every Level Completed with Cows.
Missionary	Kill 50 Romans.
Rock N Roll	Every Level Completed with Boulders.
Roll The Bones	Every Level Completed with Ball of Skulls.
Spirit Spiker	Every Level Completed with Holy Spikes.
Star Collector	Collect 50 Stars.
Star Destroyer	Collect 150 Stars.
Star Gazer	Collect 25 Stars.
Star Struck	Collect 100 Stars.
Weaponless	Cause 5 Deaths without a Weapon.
Zealot	Kill 250 Romans.
