In the little rooms outside of the long spiral staircases in the second part of the game, you can sometimes see some interesting things (i.e. a swinging corpse, a sheep and a dancing baby).

If you look outside your apartment window during the evening time, you can see a head floating upwards in front of the window. Note: You do not have to examine the window; just look outside of it from the middle of the room).
