Hold Ctrl, Alt, and shift while going to god mode to get the controlles for before making a city.

Like the cheats in Simcity 4, press Ctrl and X to bring up the cheat menu. Type in the cheats below and press Enter

weaknesspays	Adds $1,000 to your main amount.
whererufrom [name]	Change City Name. Enter cityname where [name] is.
hellomynameis [name]	Change mayor's name. Enter Mayor Name where [name] is.
fps	Displays Frame Rate.
gol	Green Tinge on map.
zoneria	Hides empty zone color.
sizeof [number]	Increase Magnification. (1-100)
watchmemove	More pedesrians will run when you look at them
stopwatch	Pause/Resume 24-hour clock.
fightthepower	Removes power requirement for all buildings.
howdryiam	Removes water requirement for all buildings.
whattimeizit [time]	Set the Time of Day. Enter time where [time] is.
TerrainQuery [on/off]	Show coordinates when hovering over an item.
recorder	Start recorder.
barstuck	Stop news bar movement.
DollyLlama	Toggles your advisors between people/Llamas.
tastyzots	Toggles Zots.
you don't deserve it	Unlocks every item in the game.

Do a U-Drive-it mission with the Ice Cream Truck and cycle through the songs. One of the tunes is the opening melody from SimCity 2000.

Press Ctrl + X then type "Snow" in the box at the top right. Then press ENTER Change the computer's system date to December 25th. Your city willbe covered in snow for the day.
