All you need to do is have a fireplace in your house and then get a small table and put grandmas cookies on it (found in the miscelleanious section in the buying tool) then you buy a xmas tree and place it in the same room as the cookies and the fireplace and santa will appear when every one is asleep and give you a little treat. (it only happens once)
