In Arcade mode, select Insane difficulty, then tap the right arrow on the difficulty selector five times. It will change to a new difficulty level called Devil Insane. At this level, CPUs deal increased knockback and can attack faster than normal. In Versus mode, it is named "reallyjoel's dad", and is selected by pressing the right arrow five times on a Lv. nine CPU.
