Before you start, have at least fifty slimes in your vac tank. Refer to the image below on where to set up the hoop and use your jetpack to stand on the yellow panel. From here you should be able to hold down LMB while aiming for the hoop and easily score points. If you run out of slimes just vac them up from where your standing and shoot them again.
