I wrote this guide to help you guys out with the game.

Shipwrecks
One of they Easiest ways to gain things for your ships or stuff to sell is by Scavanging ship wrecks, this can give you all stuff in all rarity's, and then you can sell them, this also gives a lot of energy cells and metal, i had moments where i need something and it was inside a wreck, like a shield charger cause my shield was loading very slow as a beginner or a new better weapon etc. Be sure to spend points in engineering.

Trading
I dont know much about Trading but you need a Trading computer this will show you the average price on station you visited. So lets say the avg. Is hundred and you find a station where it is sold for fifty this would be a good margin.

Mining
At the Beginning mining is very slow and it takes ur energy fast once ur in the game you will need a better laser (it takes long to mine) i suggest to sell all goods you mine if you dont need the crystals metal fills the cargo very fast so for a big mining tour I suggest if no station is close to destroy the metal and go for crystals maybe and put points in mining so you get extra stuff other wise its not useful.

Fighting aka Marauder Outposts
This is very hard in the beginning cause overheating and less energy, I suggest doing Scavenging until you got a Claymore with four Rapid Heavy Lasers (red ones) on the turrets (it makes it easy to hit targets) when your lucky you get a Ultra Beam Laser that has like 400 DPS and then you are very very strong. This is the setup I use now.

Mining Laser and Ultra Laser on the very front one Rocket launcher on each side on the front the red lasers on the turrets and the healing laser on the front turret ) with this build and power distribution I can warp 7.5 parsecs boost endless and shoot endless and to make the enemy die in a fraction of time use ur tractor beam on them rendering them sitting ducks.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the achievement.

Achievement	How to unlock
A True Miner	Mine Iridium.
Ace	Reach Space Pilot 25.
Acquired Wisdom	Reach level 50.
Anaximander	Explore hundred Sectors.
Battle Rush	Defeat any Ravager Boss before reaching level 10.
Battleship Raid	Defeat five Ravager Bosses your level or higher, using a yacht or shuttle.
Combat Genius	Defeat an elite (silver star) enemy, that has a ship at least two sizes bigger and is at least two levels higher than you, without assistance.
Defender	Help defend a station against an attack fleet your level or higher, doing more than 10% of total damage.
Dogfighter	Destroy hundred ships your level or higher, up to Corvette size, flying a Corvette or smaller ship.
Fun With Maps	Fully explore a large Nebula sector.
Genocidal	Destroy an Independent, Syndicate or PMC space station.
Gold Rush	Obtain four different metals from a single asteroid (basic ore doesn't count).
Guardian Angel	Save ten Civilian, Syndicate and/or PMC ships from pirate attacks.
Hard Worker	Reach Geology 25.
Hoarder	Have fourty different item stacks in your ship inventory, while flying a Shuttle or Yacht.
Indoctrinated	Become honored with the Venghi as Outis, Miner or Trader Background.
Just Me and the Boys	Reach Fleet Commander 25.
Legionary	Help an attack fleet defeat a station your level or higher, doing more than 10% of total damage.
Lone Wolf	Reach level 30 while your Background Perk is Outis.
Marauder	Attack and destroy twenty Civilian, Syndicate and/or PMC ships.
Miner	Complete the tutorial and choose PMC faction OR become honored with the PMC as Outis Background.
Near Miss	Escape from an Asteroid Rush alive.
O.C.D.	Fully explore ten sectors.
Pirate	Become honored with the Red Skull as Outis, Miner or Trader Background.
Rebel	Become honored with the Children of Terra as Outis, Miner or Trader Background AND complete the quest 'Enlist'.
Sloppy	Six times, cause a space station to become hostile, then retreat.
Space Janitor	Clear twenty Asteroid Fields.
Star Killer	Destroy a Venghi space station.
Techie	Reach Tech Level 25.
Temperate	Retreat from ten combats with Civilian, Syndicate and/or PMC ships without damaging them.
The Last Starfighter	Defeat an attack fleet your level or higher, doing more than 80% of total damage.
The Perfect Predator	Destroy a higher level enemy that has full armor and a bigger ship than yours, within three seconds after emerging from cloak. Do it five times.
The Real Space Janitor	Destroy 200 units of Junk.
Trader	Complete the tutorial and choose the Syndicate faction OR become honored with the Syndicate as Outis Background.
Traitor	Destroy a CoT space station.
Traveler	Unknown.
Trial by Fire	Defeat ten enemy ships.
Tutor	Have a crew member evolve to Legendary rarity.
White Collar	Sell over 20k of trade goods in a single sale, while honored with the Syndicate and PMC, as Trader or Miner background.
