Go to an allied enclave and trade. Bring a stack of any bullets. Sell the bullets individually to the enclave. After selling the bullets, repurchase the stack from the enclave, then sell the bullets back individually. Repeat this as many times as desired. You will earn more influence per bullet if you sell them individually than in a stack. You can infinitely purchase the stack from the allied enclave, sell them back to the enclave individually, and repurchase again for unlimited profits. You will always earn more than you are losing. However, you only get approximately 10-20 influence per transaction.
