At the title screen, before entering the game, enter the Konami Code to regenerate any damage that you take. For this, (B) and (A) correspond to your (SECONDARY) and (PRIMARY) weapons, respectively. Press Up, Up, Down, Down, B, A, Select, Start for Regeneration Invincibility.
