Once you've completed the quest to obtain the three Teleport Stones, you can work out a system where your inventory will never be full enough that you will miss out on valuable loot. Simple leave one of the three stones in Tharbakin. Then, whenever your inventory gets full, throw down a second stone and teleport back to Tharbakin, heading to a nearby merchant, where you can sell your loot and teleport back to your previous location thereafter. No more lost loot due to a full inventory!
