To get out of the dome in Eye of the Storm (PVP Battleground), climb onto your mount and run as far as you can towards the back of the dome (the front works as well). Dismount, then jump until you get out of the dome. This may require a few attempts. Once out of the dome, it is possible to get thrown back in; try not to run too far away from it.
