The following are the first set of DLC characters that will be available.

Bumblebee.
Lagoon Boy.
Wonder Girl.
Blue Beetle.

This can be done in local co-op mode and can be done solo using the keyboard to control a player and a controller for another player. Before you complete a stage, press Start on the controller to have the second player take control of one of the characters. Then, move to the exit point. Note: In a Boss level, activate the second player before the Boss dies. The first mission has three stages. Complete them with this method to earn "Justice Partners".

Art Preservation Society	Don't break any Statue in the Museum Stage during "A Hostage Crisis".
Black Canary sales!	Buy half of the enhancements.
Busted Block	Defeat Blockbuster.
Challenge Master	Get 50% A Grades.
Cold War	Defeat Killer Frost.
Collection	Get all the Dioramas.
Daddy's Little Girl	Defeat Cheshire.
Graduate with Honors	Obtain an A rating in all Missions.
Hide and Seek	Don't activate the Statues in Esagila's Temple in The Warriors Stage during "Tag Team".
Hitting Henchmen	Defeat 200 enemies.
Hurry Up!	Escape the Avalanche Stage during "Go with the Flow" in less than 5 minutes.
Induction Party	Unlock all characters.
It's a trap!	Don't be damaged by any trap in Atabey's Temple Stage during "The Godess Shrine".
Justice Allies	Complete 5 missions co-op mode.
Justice League Member	Reach level 40.
Justice Partners	Complete 1 mission co-op mode.
Justice Team	Complete 10 missions co-op mode.
Ka-Pow!	Defeat the first 15 enemies.
Legacy	Complete the game on Hero Difficulty.
Maneuver 7!	Activate Squad Boost 20 times.
Mardi Gras	Collect all the Alternate Costumes.
Match Day	Defeat Sportmaster.
No Match, not even in Cadmus	Complete all challenges.
No room in Belle Reve	Defeat 500 enemies.
One with the Shadows	Avoid search light in Gotham Docks.
Out of stock	Buy all enhancements.
Ready for Spring Break	Obtain 50% A Grades.
Riddle me this!	Defeat Riddler.
Secrets from the Deep	Defeat Black Manta.
Sidekick	Reach level 10.
Souvenir!	Get half the Dioramas.
Srewoprepus	Use all the powers of the heroes.
Staying Whelmed	Complete half of the challenges.
Sunday Best	Collect half of the Alternate Costumes.
Superhero	Reach level 20.
Tag Team	Defeat Icicle Jr and Sportmaster.
The Quest for Roy Harper	Get all Red Arrow Journals.
Training Room	Complete 1 challenge.
Trivia Apprentice	Reach a Score of 500 in the YJT.
Trivia Expert	Reach a Score of 1000 in the YJT.
Trivia Master	Reach a Score of 5000 in the YJT.
Twisted Mind	Defeat Psimon.
United We Stand	Complete all missions in co-op mode.
