Successfully complete the game in Street mode under the hard difficulty setting with Burning Gundam and Gundam Maxter to unlock Master Gundam in Street mode. Successfully complete the game in Street mode with Master Gundam to unlock it in Versus, Time Attack, and Survival modes.
