As soon as you get through the Fortress of Kwamba, go to forest village and fight 6 Kobolds. This should take you up to level 25.
As soon as the game starts and you get to your house, leave and get some money from the cup and balls mini-game (30,000 to 100,0000 Potch). Buy the best armor available and get your weapon sharpened. Save the game then set out for some random battles. Try to kill three Bon Bons by yourself until reaching level 10. When you are close to level 10, go to Sarady in the Tigermouth. It is the mountain in the west. Go to one of the houses and find the man that gives you a Fortune Rune. Equip it to Cleo. When you do the "Fortress of Kwamba" leveling trick, she will go to level 33-40. If you do the same trick with only one other character (such as Luc) later in the game, he will go to level 50.
Free Champion's Rune

Need Money ?
Here's a great way to build up your money. Just be sure you have 10,000 bits on you and go to the town of Rockland. You will meet a lady that plays the cup game. She will ask you how much you wish to bet - 100, 1,000 or 10,000.
Bet your 10,000 bits and choose the cup on the right. You should win the game and gain the money. Then quit and go back to the lady and play the cup game again. Bet another 10,000 bits and choose the cup on the right. Keep doing this until you receive all the money you want.
Old Book Volume 9
Once you've collected all 8 Old Books, go to the library and highlight Volume 8, press all four buttons (X, O, Triangle, Square) at once and a secret 9th book will appear: Hirotakas Development Diary. This only works on Japanese versions as it has been removed from the English releases.
Perfect ending
To get the perfect ending you need to get all 108 characters. You must keep pahn alive for this. Gremio will be revived right before the last battle.

Saving Pahn

Play 15 games a few times and write down each spot the coin is at and u will soon see a pattern i have it worked at 15 games but it i havent tried for more.. Also u should save each time before u play Marco as it does not always run the pattern i find the pattern changes brifly from the pattern u would have worked out every 5 or 6 games then it reverts back to the original pattern.
