On the "New Game" screen, just after the "Press Start" screen, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Circle, Triangle, Square, Up, Right, X, Square. A message will confirm correct code entry. All mini-games, unlimited health, unlimited armor, unlimited bullets, all weapon, disarms, etc. will be unlocked.
