In level 5, you will see that Babidi makes Vegeta evil. He will become a permanent super saiyan with the M symbol on his forehead. Use Goku to defeat Majin Vegeta before the kili meter becomes full. You will unlock him. Majin Vegeta has a new move: ATOMIC BLAST.
