Note: You must be near a guard and have a positive faction with that city If you are being chased by an opponent, go near the guard (preferably behind him or her). Your opponent will be attacked by the guard. Note: If you are being chased by another NPC, the guard will attack you, and not the NPC. When the guard kills an opponent, you do not get experience.
