Go to the gym at ganton and kill the four people inside it then use the 'jetpack appears' cheat (left, right, L1, L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right) and stand on the yellow marker iside the gym and fly straight up. You will now be in a weird black place. If you want to get out just kill yourself.
