If you have a deadline or you just need to get somewhere fast and you already got your horse, press L2. A small cutscene will show you whistiling and when it's over your horse will be standing next to you. The same thing happens with your dog except it is R2. This cheat will not work if your inside some place, if your horse is in the barn or if your dog is in your house. Happy Cheating!
