Head to a safe house in a car/bike/van which is quite beat-up. Place in the garage and walk away until you ear the door close. throw a grenade in the air (L1), target it (L2), and shoot it in the air(R1). when it blows up in the air, turn back to the garage, go inside and your vehicle should have been repaired - Note - may require more than one explosion.
