On the first level when you get to the bit where you race as Gloria finish the race first then go back to wear you bashed those hay stacks and to your right there should be three bashed-up popcorn machines opposite that there should be a little hut kick the door down then in front of you there is a green game machine walk to it wait for a sign pops up saying circle talk/use and press circle.
