When fighting a boss, kill them with a fire bottle. make sure you have the fire bottle out and it is lit in your hand(ready to be thrown). When the boss dies, there should be fire in Red's hand. this does not always work though. I have done this when fighting Mr.Kelly and it happened 2 out of 3 times. It's easier to do this if you have invincibilitiy.
