Basically you need: Inf Launcher, Flashes, or Mine Throwers (If you don't have the Inf Launcher). First throw your Flash at the Regenerator or Iron Maiden then shoot 'em with the Inf Launcher or a bunch of times with the Mine Thrower then they'll blow in half.
