In the Far Far Away downtown course, go straight then up the steps. This will take you farther on the track.
Secret cave entrance to a room in the castle
When going across the broken bridge hold X. You will land in the water. Turn around and you will see candles on both sides. Keep going until you see a cave. Go inside the cave. You will be in a part of the castle.
