When you go to visit A.J. in the hospital, look around first there is plenty of loot to find. (you can avoid the room he is in by looking through the windows in the doors, you will see tony through them) Go beat up the guy in the bathroom and rip off his phone. Look down the hall, some guy in scrubs will go into a room, follow him and when the time comes be tough with him (he will be down the hallway all by himself, he is stealing NO2 from the hospital). A guy on a stretcher will tell you where to get his inhaler, go get it for him (you can't do this until you beat up the doctor)you gain some respect but nothing else, just good kharma I guess. Then ride the elevator down and speak to the woman by the vending machine, talk smooth, get cash.
