Down the elevator by the waiting area is a woman who needs her pills, talk smooth, go to the desk and talk tough to the guy, then go back to the lady and get cash.

Eventually a doctor will send you down to get pills from a pharmicist, he sticks you with a needle (jerk!). Beat all three of him and you will get call (yes I said all three of him).

P.S. Don't shoot at him there is some public activity going on, don't worry he is a lightweight, just knock him down with the stuff in the room.
