Everytime you are on a mission, look around a bit. Sometimes people drop things (cellphones,wallets, cd players, ect.). If an option pops up, 'Take loot', then take the option and steal that loot. the loot automatically becomes cash for you. Don't be afraid to look around someplace, it might get you some extra cash.
