Take a taxi to Mrs. Puff's house. Directly in front of her house is a little sign on the floor that turns Spongebob into a ball. Mrs. Puff will suddenly appear. Circle around her five times and she will give you a drivers license. Then, take the taxi back to Jellyfish Fields and switch characters to Patrick. You will hear a beep. You will now be able to play as Sandy, Patrick and Spongebob.
