Play the Tatooine Assault level. Select the villains side. Play as either Jango of Boba Fett. Fly with your jetpack to the top of that crashed droid flagship or whatever it is. Wait for your jetpack to refuel fully again. Fly up and forward in the direction the ship is pointing at the same time. Then when you run out of fuel you should land in the air. There is an end to the invisible platform, so if you fall off since you can't see the end of it, you'll have to get there all over again.
