Any face that you think works
Use a Cowboy hat colored Black
Use either Sideburns 2 or one of the goaties
Use a sleeveless or T-shirt
Make any Tatoos
Use tight jeans
Work boots work best
No pads

Make sure that everything on the scale is maxed except the head, adjust that to what you like.
