To get stonecold Steve Austin you have to win the royal rumble. I think the easiest way is to be the undertaker and win all the matches. When you get a chance for a title shot DO NOT accept it. Decline it. Then you will be on your way to the royal rumble and you get JBL's spot which is 1st, but you get chances to come in later.
