To get stone cold steve austin you must go to the royal rumble (Without the title or this will not work) And you will start out at comming in at 1 but, t-lo will give you chances to make your number incrses, there are four matches, two singles, a triple threat, and a four man battle royal, I dont know what the maximum your number can be, but its about twenty five I think, And if you win, you will unlock the stone cold package (Austinwisers, stonecold himself, and the posters/banners and all that good stuff) And stone cold has I think an 88 or 90 for his stats.
