Go on top of the Exhibit Hall building next to the Wildcats Stadium. Go to the edge of the roof in the direction your car is facing. Move your car close to the edge without falling off. Your car should shake a moment, then go in the building. Your car will be in half. You can go out but cannot go back in on the ground.
