Towards the top of the map is building with two windows that overlook the whole area. Note: Other players will try to get you.

Go into the house next to the burning house. Stand on a windowsill and face the side. You should fall on a ledge below.

Enter the burning house. Go up the steps and out the window in the same way to hit a ledge below.

Go to the building in the middle of the map (near the building on the far left). Go up the stairs. Turn left at the top and turn left again. You should see a wall you can climb over. Climb over it and you should be on a small ledge. This is a perfect sniping location. Also, if there is someone in the building already, you can climb onto the ledge from the outside, although this may require a few attempts.

At the bottom of the map you should see a building with a ladder. Climb the ladder to reach a good sniping location. It is difficult for people to get to you because the only way in is up the ladder.
