Play Chapter 6-4, "The Refectory" and kill The Evil Butcher. Do not take his key. Press Start, and select the "Reload Last Checkpoint" option to resume at the Quick Time Event where you need to hit The Evil Butcher's helmet. Kill The Butcher again, do not take his key, and repeat the process. You will earn about 1,000 experience points each time this is done.
