Max out your car(s) performance. While going down the backstrectch, press [Boost] until you are either out of boost or are at before the turn. You must slow down going into the turn because the tires will not grip unless they are new just off of pitroad. If you keep this up for the entire race, the pack will never be able to catch you and you will win those races easily.
