Level up every weapon to level 4 to unlock the Bloodstained Garb, which gives you full intoner mode. Note that while in Intoner Mode, the gauge will still decrease, but after it wears off or is toggled off, it will refill in a couple seconds.

Beat Zero's DLC chapter to unlock this clothing, which increases the duration of Intoner mode.

Raising this character's level unlocks a new memory to view from the "Memoirs of the Intoners" menu of the DLC Chapters' Battle Preparation menus. Each Intoner has nine bonus stories, for each level-up gained in their respective chapters.
