Ok when metal sonic does his first move jump and you should hit him.

When he is about to do his second move (eletrict shild) befor he shocks you jump and you will stop him.

On the last move spindash and jump when your under him and you will win and your time will be less than a minute.

NOTE: you might not hit him but try again and you will get him.
