Go to Campaign or Terrorist Hunt mode and select a sniper rifle as a weapon. Shoot the enemies from behind cover by first targeting them and focusing by pressing R3 and blind firing. If you shoot while the crosshair is larger and red, you should hit with every shot and thus get CQB points for blindfire.
